How far in advance should we book?

Six to eight weeks is the typical lead time for multi-day events. One to two weeks is workable for single-day events in Istanbul, and we can sometimes accommodate shorter notice depending on team availability.

Do you cover both photography and videography?

Yes. Most corporate clients book combined coverage. Our photographer and cinematographer work from the same brief, and we deliver photographs and the edited video to one consistent look. Booking both together is more cost-effective than booking two separate vendors.

When do we receive the photographs and the video?

Original photographs are delivered through a secure private gallery within 24 hours of the event. Retouched selects follow within five business days. Edited video is delivered within up to seven business days. RAW photo files and unedited video footage are available for an additional fee.

Can you photograph executive headshots during the event?

Yes. We set up a mobile portrait studio at your venue or office (neutral backdrop, soft lighting, on-site retouching), typically next to registration or in a quiet meeting room between sessions. Thirty or more leadership headshots in a single session, retouched within five business days and delivered in five aspect ratios per subject.

What if the date moves or the event is cancelled?

Please let us know as early as possible. The contract carries a flexible rescheduling policy: when the change is more than 14 days before the shoot, the deposit transfers to the new date at no charge. Cancellation fees only apply inside that window. Force majeure and venue-side cancellations are handled case by case in favour of the client.

Do you provide RAW files and unedited footage?

Yes. RAW photo files and unedited video footage are available on request for an additional fee, disclosed in the quote.

Which cities do you cover?

Istanbul is our base, and we cover Antalya, Bodrum, Cappadocia and Ankara with the same standard. Drone airspace, press accreditation and venue access permits are handled in-house. Multi-city programmes run under one contract.

How does pricing work?

There is no fixed daily rate or hourly rate. Each quote depends on the project brief.

Standard terms are a 35% deposit to secure the event date, with the remaining balance paid in cash on the event day or up to two days before the event.

All payment methods are accepted: bank transfer and card.
